What happens when you make an order with No.1 Cubs

1. We receive your order . 2. You then receive a confirmation email " Thank you for shopping with us" 3. Paper work is organised with stock. 4. Our Cubs team use Embroidery, Printing & Sewing machines to make your order . 5. Your order is folded & shipping labels are created. 6. Orders are packaged and sent to your door. 

When the item has been shipped you will then receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know that your items are on their way!



How long will it take for my order to be made?

Orders can currently take over 14 days to be made.


Latest update 

Everything at No.1 Cubs is made to order and decorated in Cornwall. Complying with all the safety guidelines our production is slower than usual therefore we have added time on to our delivery.

So please remember to check your order details thoroughly before ordering with us.

All orders are posted First Class via Royal Mail. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email you should receive your order the following working day. 

We are not accepting refunds / returns for the delay of deliveries! 

Return & Exchange Policy

Please write on the order sheet that you would like a refund. Please return to

No.1 Cubs 





Please ensure the item is not worn & is sent back on a tracked service within 14 days of receiving the order. Forgive us for not being able to offer free return postage at this time. We keep our clothing priced as low as possible and hope you understand. It is something we are working towards as we grow :). Please note we cannot offer refunds on an exchanged item.

Once ordered, the items will be processed and shipped to you as soon as possible. Please expect some shipping delays.
